Thanks for the great tips for fixing shredder jams. I finally got tired of constantly troubleshooting jams with my old shredder. So I decided to do some research online trying to find shredders that do not get many frequent jams. Eventually I came across the Fellowes site and they have a new line of shredders which are jam proof. These shredders have new technology built in which stops the paper jams before they happen by limiting user error.
