The first feature is a stand-by mode that automatically lowers the temperature of the machine from 300°F to 150°F when the laminator is not being used. If you need to laminate an application, it takes a mere 7 minutes to raise the temperature back to 300°F. While a stand-by mode is not new in a roll laminator, the temperature reduction is. This is the first roll laminating machine that reduces the temperature by 50% in-between applications.

The second feature that sets this machine apart and makes it energy and cost efficient is the automatic shutoff. If you forget to turn the laminator off, not only will it automatically lower the temperature 50%, but after 60 minutes of consistent inactivity, the green™ Roll Laminator shuts itself down, which saves additional energy and lengthens the life of your machine.

Not only does the Banner American Easy-Lam green™ Roll Laminator save money and energy, it has other great features that roll laminator users have come to expect from Banner American. It can laminate materials up to 27” wide for maximum versatility and can operate at a speed of 4.5” per minute. The built-in LCD readout makes it easy to operate, even for beginners.
